Fairfield Inn & Suites High Point Archdale

Location just off Close to High Point and restaurants, gas stations, and dollar general and local eateries. Good facilities and freshly cooked and free breakfast with waffles and pastries, as example.

The staff was very courteous and friendly. Very nice property renovation. Looks very modern and clean. Also a Smoke-free hotel.

Pillows were too soft.

Room had water damage on ceiling and cracked plaster. Air conditioning unit smelled "musty". Room just looked old.

Breakfast was not good. Better off going to biscuiville.

The staff was friendly and courteous. The room was what you expect from Marriott; clean and comfortable! That's why I always stay at a Marriott property, you know what you are getting, no surprises!

I am very particular about cleanliness and kind of a germ phobe. I'm always looking for missed dust and dirt in hotel rooms. Happily I saw none anywhere at this hotel. I have stayed at more expensive places but none have ever been cleaner than this Fairfield Inn.

The room was somewhat smaller than I am accustomed to staying in which required constant attention for my personal tidiness.

Thanks to the front desk staff and housekeeping for the great stay. Maura was so very accommodating, she made us feel right at home. The room was clean and comfortable. I fell that I can be kind of picky, and this hotel makes the grade.

In my wife's opinion, the beds could be softer for better family sleep. It would also help if there were more breakfast options for kids.

I was traveling for business and needed assistance to correct an error with my booking of my room for the week. The front desk cost me more money for my stay because I was government official and they took another two days to get me an clear response. I eventually checked out and almost moved to a competitors hotel until I corrected the situation myself online. I am also a Marriott rewards member.

The breakfast- the buffet food did not taste fresh.

Awesome place with great amenities like free Wi-Fi, a fitness center, and 24-hour reception. The staff even helped me choose a better taxi on my first stay. Highly recommend for an enjoyable experience!
